Three days dedicated to Nizza DOCG, one of the area’s most appreciated and delightful wines, with Nizza E ‘2022, the event scheduled in Nizza Monferrato from 22 to 24 October with many proposals related to food, wine, and more.
Also, for this edition, as in the previous ones, the location will be Palazzo Crova at the Palazzo del Gusto. The evocative multimedia museum where Monferrato food and wine are narrated through the three types of cuisine through which it took shape: Haute, popular, and bourgeoise.
At Palazzo Crova, there will be six wine stalls, with over one hundred Nizza DOCG for tasting, which will be open to both the public and operators in the sector for the duration of the event. Three days where you can get to know and appreciate the differences between the main DOCG terroir areas, led by professional sommeliers from the Italian Sommelier Association.
On Sunday, 23 October, there will be the Masterclass 6 Great Red Wines blind tasting, food, and wine journey to discover the deconsecrated Church of SS. Trinità, learning the characteristics that distinguish Nizza DOCG combined with renowned Italian competitors and paired with the exquisite finger food of the Piedmont tradition. The tasting will also be guided here by the AIS sommeliers and will be conducted blindly. Only at the experience’s end will it be possible to discover which wines have participated in this excellence comparison.
The event is open to the public with an admission ticket of 20 Euros per person (free with accreditation) for operators in the sector. It will be divided into time slots (reservations required). The Masterclass is open to all with an admission ticket of 40 Euros per person. For all information on timetables and booking methods, you can visit the website: https://bit.ly/enotecanizza-ilnizzae
